  • "Transaction" means any top-up, recharge, or digital service request processed through our platform.

3. Account Registration

To access our API and processing services, you must:

  • Create a business account and provide accurate, complete registration information
  • Complete our identity verification (KYC) process
  • Maintain the security of your API credentials and account access
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures or rate limits
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without our prior written consent
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through our API
  • Use our Services to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing

5. API Usage

Access to our API is subject to:

  • Compliance with our API documentation and technical guidelines
  • Adherence to rate limits as specified in your service plan
  • Use of valid authentication credentials for all API requests
  • Regular security reviews and updates of your integration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access for any user who violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Transactions & Payments

All transactions are processed on a prepaid basis. You must maintain a positive account balance to process transactions. Key terms include:

  • Transactions are final once confirmed as "completed" by our system
  • We deduct the transaction amount plus any applicable fees from your account balance
  • Commission rates and discount structures are defined in your service agreement
  • Refunds are processed at our discretion for failed transactions only
  • All prices are quoted and charged in GBP unless otherwise specified

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
  • Emergency technical issues
  • Third-party operator or network issues beyond our control
  • Force majeure events

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology associated with our Services, including our API, documentation, trademarks, and logos, are the intellectual property of SKD International Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for losses caused by third-party operators, network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKD International Ltd, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:

  • You breach any material term of these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law or regulation
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on your account

Upon termination, any remaining account balance (less any outstanding charges) will be refunded within 30 business days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
